Nile City 

The exclusive Nile City towers, hotel and shopping complex were constructed by a Besix-Orascom Joint Venture on behalf of Nile City Investments.

The project, dominated by two majestic towers situated on the banks of the River Nile, was well supported by BASGF throughout the construction period.

Extensive use of EMACO grouts, reprofiling and finishing mortars as well as 230tons of CERAMICO WATERPROOF MORTAR H, used for fixation of tiles, helped in the high quality internal finishing of this project.

RHEOFINISH bonding agents were used to adhere plastering mortars and concrete quality was ensured with RHEOFINISH release agent and MASTERKURE curing membranes.

For hygienic kitchen tiling MASTERTILE 550M, epoxy tile adhesive and grout, was chosen.

150tons of MASTERTOP 300M floor hardener were used to enhance the quality of the concrete in the car parking areas.

In total over 1 million kilograms of BASF products were supplied to support the construction progress on this job.
