Up until now large amounts of energy were necessary to compact the concrete through vibration and to accelerate the curing process with steam. The Zero Energy System revolutionizes this manufacturing process: by combining Glenium® ACE with Smart Dynamic Concrete technology, concrete flows and compacts automatically – without vibration and without segregation.
